Rendezvous is a modern, self-catering holiday apartment set on the banks of the Bushman’s River in a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a double story home. The lower level apartment, which is let out, has its own entrance, is completely separate, and has exclusive use of the lower level decks including the viewing deck. As this is the owners’ holiday home, they are on occasions in residence in the upper level. In spite of this, the lower level remains completely private due to the shutters installed on the upper viewing deck.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests (best suited to 4 adults and 4 children) and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds and the living room 2 bunk beds. The one bathroom has a bath and shower, the other a shower. Bath towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
The unit is fully equipped with all necessary bedding, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Cooking facilities including a microwave, 2 induction stove plates, convection oven, a pizza stone for use with the gas braai, electric frying pan and a four-slice snackwich maker is provided. For additional storage of frozen goods, a chest freezer is provided and for your convenience a washing machine.
DStv Premium is provided.
Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost and by special arrangement with the owner.
The outside deck areas are kept under lock and key and used at their own risk. For additional safety, a barrier gate is situated on the walkway to the viewing deck.
Off road parking is available and can comfortably cater for 2 vehicles, or a vehicle and a boat. The unit is protected with 24 hour armed response cover.
No pets allowed, and no portable braais as we do not allow any open fires.

Alles was perfek en pragtig. Partykeer het mens net die wegbreek nodig en stilte en natuurskoon. In die oggend word jy gegroet deur voëltjies en partykeer ‘n apie of twee. Ek sal dit definitief aanbeveel vir enigiemand wat wil wegkom van die stad se gejaag.

Het baie lekker gebly, ruim stoep en lekker plekkie om te sit langs die rivier en voëltjies kyk. Beslis die beste plek om af te sluit van die buitewêreld.

Ons het ons 11 jaar huweliksherdenking hier spandeer. Plek is pragtig, ingerig met alles wat nodig is. Baie baie netjies. En bonus is natuurlik om soggens deur voëls wakker gemaak te word en heeltyd op die Boesmansrivier uit te kyk. Gaan beslis terug met die gesin.

Ons het die naweek baie geniet. Stilte en natuur is wonderlik. Plek het alles wat mens nodig het. Beddens slaap lekker. Sal weer gaan. Waarde vir geld.

Baie lekker gekuier en het goeie tyd gehad. Genoeg slaapplek vir almal. Ouers het ‘n goeie ruskans gekry van die besige stadslewe af en almal het hulle geniet. Sal enige tyd weer daarheen gaan.

Dis die 2de keer wat ek hier gebly het nou al,en ek kan met ‘n eerlike hart se die plek is asemrowend mooi! Daar sal definitief ‘n derde keer wees.

Die plek wat regtig baie nice gewees. Daar is niks om van te kla nie. Alles wat jy benodig vir ‘n paar dae weg van die huis word hier voorsien. Net die WiFi is nie soos volgens die advertensie nie. Maar die res is net fantasties.

Rendezvous is a must for any one who does DIY, the finishing is perfection, so many good ideas I have taken from this property, the setting, view over the river and bird life in the garden are second to none! The agent was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There does seem to be a heightened awareness of security in the area but this was the only concern.

The general consensus amongst my family was that we did not spend enough time at the location, they enjoyed it so much. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and tranquillity.

Ons as gesin met twee jong kinders was vir seker verras met ons aankoms by Rendezvous, nie net met die prentjiemooi uitsig oor Boesmansrivier nie, maar ook die pragtige, praktiese akkommodasie wat Rendezvous bied. Alles was so plesierig en ontspanning op sy beste.

It is absolutely a lovely place to stay. It is neat and clean, the decor, everything is fabulous. The owner is very friendly and so is Robyn who came to open for us. Thanks once again.
